HACCP System;
HACCP refers to the capitals of the phrase "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points".
Since it aims to prevent the consumer from the hazards, which may cause health problems, by defining and eliminating the cause of the hazards before it occurs, this system has been very popular.

Establishing the HACCP System
These are the steps, which are followed to establish a system to ensure it conforms to the principles of DS 3027 HACCP Standard.

1.) To establish an HACCP System, it is essential to have hygienic conditions and GMP rules. Only the companies that conform to these criteria may establish an HACCP System.
Because of that, the first step is to establish a prerequisite program.

What does it mean; A Hygienic Product?

All the conditions required to produce a safe food product are called hygienic conditions and the food that is free from health problem causing agents and produced under hygienic conditions is called a hygienic product.

These are the key headlines for effective hygienic conditions;

Personnel
Circumstances
Equipment
Material
Methods
Hence, these are subjects that are focused in the first step of establishing an HACCP System.

2.) The second step is establishing the HACCP System itself

These are the steps followed;

Establishing a team
HACCP System training
Description of each product category
Preparetion of flow diagrams
Identifications of hazards and critical control points (CCP)
Defining the limits for CCP's
Establishing a monitoring system for each CCP
Defining remedial and corrective measures
Establishing a verification system
Defining Documentation requirements

Why excellent hygienic conditions ?

Disadvantages of Poor Hygiene

Food Poisoning
Customer Complaints
Punishment
Profit loss
roblems in state audits
Wastage
Pest invasion,

Advantages of HACCP System

Advertisement from satisfied customers
Elimination of health problems
Good image
Increase in income
Accordance with the regulations
Efficient work conditions
High employee motivation

Integrated Management Systems
The concept of Quality has evolved in time beyond customer satisfaction and now is being interpreted also as providing its peers - in a larger spectrum - with their needs on a continuously improving basis.

With the inclusion of its peers, Quality has changed its form such that it now promotes continuous improvement and increase in employee motivation, far beyond its basic definition as customer satisfaction.

Based on our experience we gained as a result of the consulting services we have provided to hundreds of companies:

Quality, environmental laws, occupational health and safety laws, policies and standardized requests have turned companies towards to Integrated Management Systems.

The variety of the needed management systems, and the fact that these systems are established in various structures and with different perspectives make the management of these systems problematic.

In order to solve the possible problems, these management disciplines should be gathered under one roof and be managed as a whole; which proves the necessity of the Integrated Management Systems.

Integrated Management System increases the performance of workflows. Creation of internal solutions for structural improvement doesn't get any further than small-scale efforts.

It's not the small solutions but the radical ones that would give you the managerial flexibility.

Our suggestion for your success: The structuring of the workflows is the foundation of the Management Systems. This way, transparency and affectivity are achieved in doing the work.

Our methodology:

Establishing an Integrated Management System is a five-step process:
     1) Defining the workflows
     2) Determination of the needs
     3) Integration
     4) Documentation
     5) Audit

Benefits at the first stage:

Establishment of a more transparent management and increase in    institutional synergy
Increase in employee motivation
Better planning with the help of the documentation system
Maintaining commercial stability with continuous improvement
The positive effect on the profits due to decrease in costs.
