Is the service performed by independent, knowledgeable, experienced person / people for public, private or other institutions and that comprises the points below;
 Research and definition of the problems, strong points, business opportunities and threats in business strategies, organic structure and working methods.
Development of suitable managerial proposals to achieve the mission and strategic goals and to provide the continuity of the institution.
Support to the change management function which is the period of implementation of the proposals.
Management Consultant
Is the person, who;
presents the management consultancy services to the persons/institutions in the frame of the ethic codes of the profession and with an independent professional approach
is knowledgeable and experienced in management and management consultancy professions,
educated and specialized at least on one academic discipline at university level,
can act, according to the situation, the roles of analyst, specialist, team member, project director, commentator, trainer, coach, leader and/or model person,
continuously renovates and develops him/her self.
ICC, takes as a principle, to follow “professional standards and obligations of ethic behaviors” which are accepted and announced by International Council of Management Consultancy Institutes (ICMCI– www.icmci.org) and Association of Turkish Management Consultants (YDD– www.ydd.org.tr) and has assured its service quality with ISO 9000 : 2000.
ICC, is able to present the management consultancy service requirement of the institutions’ in many categories and different sectors, with the management consultants who have the international certificate of authorization (CMC–Certified Management Consultant) and specialized in his/her field. |
